1. Nature of Services
Alpha Trader Firm provides access to simulated trading environments for evaluation and educational purposes only. All activities occur in demo environments using virtual funds. We do not offer or facilitate: real-money trading, live market execution, investment advice or portfolio management, or employment opportunities or proprietary capital allocations. No live trades are placed. No actual investment occurs. Participants are evaluated based solely on their performance within our virtual, simulated environment.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, be legally capable of entering into binding agreements, and comply with all local laws applicable to your use of simulation-based trading services. We reserve the right to deny access to any user at our sole discretion, including due to suspected abuse, noncompliance, or fraud. We reserve the right to request age or identity verification and to immediately suspend access for any user found to be underage or in violation of local laws. We may use age-verification tools or third-party checks to enforce this policy.
3. Fees and Payments
Users may purchase access to one or more evaluation programs by paying the applicable access fee. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. By purchasing a challenge or evaluation, you acknowledge that you are paying for access to a simulated environment only, no payment entitles you to trade live capital, and any rewards or bonuses offered are discretionary and not guaranteed.
4. Simulated Trading & User Conduct
Participants must engage in trading activity within the rules and timeframes provided by each specific challenge. The following is strictly prohibited: use of third-party trading signals or copy-trading, exploitation of system latency, demo platform glitches, or software loopholes, coordinated trading among multiple accounts, and sharing of login credentials. Specific Trading Rules: News Trading restrictions apply without the News Add-On. Weekend trading is prohibited without the appropriate Add-On. Maximum risk rules apply to Instant Funding Accounts. Drawdown rules (5% daily / 10% total) and Trader Score requirements must be followed for withdrawals. We reserve the right to investigate violations using internal tools, and enforcement will be applied consistently to maintain fairness and program integrity. Users may contact support to request a review of any enforcement actions.
5. Discretionary Rewards
Alpha Trader Firm may, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based rewards to users who meet the criteria of an evaluation. Rewards are promotional in nature, not guaranteed, and not representative of profit-sharing or employment. No aspect of participation in an Alpha Trader Firm evaluation constitutes or implies a promise of income, capital allocation, job offer, or investor relationship. 6. No Investment or Advisory Relationship
Alpha Trader Firm is not a registered broker, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, or trading platform. We do not provide investment advice, manage or hold customer funds, or execute trades on any exchange. Use of the terms “trader,” “funded,” “account,” or similar language throughout our website and communications is strictly descriptive of simulated status within the program.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and technology used in connection with Alpha Trader Firm is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit our platform or services without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Trader Firm is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income, or reputation, or service interruptions, platform errors, or third-party technology failures. Your use of our services is at your own risk, and our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law rules. All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of [Insert State], and you waive any right to participate in a class-action proceeding. All trading rules, challenge guidelines, behavioral expectations, and account-related policies published in the FAQ are legally binding and enforceable as part of this Agreement. By using our services, you agree to: - Regularly review the FAQ for any updates, clarifications, or rule additions - Comply with all current and future rules outlined in the FAQ, regardless of whether they are separately restated in these Terms & Conditions - Accept that rule violations described in the FAQ may result in suspension, disqualification, forfeiture of any reward, or account termination, at our sole discretion The FAQ is considered a dynamic extension of this Terms & Conditions Agreement. It may be updated periodically, and users are responsible for remaining informed. Failure to abide by the rules and procedures outlined in the FAQ may constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
